How to sell items on SkinsDealer?

1. Log in to the site

2. Go to the "Sell" page. Specify the value for items you want to sell and click "Sell" button. In that way you can choose one or several items for sale. Then click the "Send" button at the top of the site and confirm the exchange in the WAX ExpressTrade system. The system will process the exchange within 1 minute and your offers for sale will appear on our trading platform. Money is automatically credited to your balance as soon as another user purchases your items

How to buy items on SkinsDealer?

1. Log in to the site and add the balance in a convenient way

2. Go to the main page of the site. Select the item you are interested in and click on the "Buy" button. After purchase, the item will appear in your Inventory SkinsDealer

How to change the price of goods?

To change the value of your item, go to the "My offers" page. In the "Sales price" field, specify a new price, then click the "Change price" button

How to cancel a sale offer?

To cancel a sale offer, go to the "My offers" page and click on the "Remove from sale" link. After this item will get into your Inventory SkinsDealer

How to withdraw an item in WAX ExpressTrade?

To withdraw purchased items or items received in case of cancellation, go to the "Inventory" page. On this page you can find all the items available for withdraw. Select the necessary items by clicking on the "Withdraw to WAX" button. Then click on the "Withdraw items" button at the top of the page. After creating an exchange with our bot, go to the WAX ExpressTrade system and confirm the exchange.

How to add your balance?

Go to the "Balance" page, and in the "Add funds" section, select the payment system that is convenient for you. Then specify the amount to be credited to the account and click "Pay" button. You will be redirected to the payment system page where you can complete the payment.

Please note that the payment system may charge a fee. In most cases, the payment is credited instantly, but sometimes it can take up to 7 working days.

How to withdraw money?

Go to the "Balance" page and in the "Cashout" section, select the payment system that is convenient for you. Then specify the amount to withdraw and the account number (wallet). Then click "Withdraw".

Please note that the payment system may charge a fee. Money is credited to your account in most cases instantly, but sometimes it can take up to 7 working days.

SkinsDealer fee is 5% of the price of the item, and it is deducted when the money is credited to the seller

Can I send purchased items to a friend/other account?

No. Items purchased with a WAX account can only be delivered to the same WAX account. No exceptions

How do you protect buyers and sellers?

We strive to make our service as safe as possible and guarantee that you will receive the goods that you have purchased and the money for the sale of their goods.

Can I return my purchase?

All purchases of the goods, after execution, are non-refundable

Do I have to pay sales / purchase taxes?

SkinsDealer is a marketplace for sellers looking for buyers and vice versa and we cannot offer tax advice to users. Any government taxes associated with your trading activity will be based on your jurisdiction or other applicable laws; we recommend consulting your tax Advisor directly.
